Each year, our Director of Production visits our team in China to verify that production quality and ethical practices consistently meet our stringent standards.
We love receiving your orders and enjoy wrapping and preparing your parcels ready to post to you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We use Australia Post to send all orders.
We offer $10 Australia Post shipping for all our customers, and if your order is over $200, we will ship for free.

Exchange and Returns are available, with payment returned to store credit which can be used for future purchases in store & online.

- We ship to NZ for a flat rate of $20
Your order is sent and tracked via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
