Online Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator – Kyneton

We are looking for a thoughtful, organised and detail-focused person to join our team in a role that supports the day-to-day running of our online store and broader product systems.

This position sits at the centre of our online operations and plays an important role across all three stores supporting product setup, stock accuracy and the smooth flow of information behind the scenes.

It will suit someone who enjoys working with systems, values accuracy, and takes pride in getting the details right.

🌿 What you’ll be doing

Picking, packing and dispatching online orders with care and accuracy
Managing customer communication across email, website chat, social media and phone
Overseeing returns, including processing and issuing store credits
Creating and maintaining product listings across the website
Supporting purchase order creation and product data management across all stores
Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting inventory flow
Supporting stockroom organisation and overall operational systems
Ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and systems remain organised

Senior Retail Stylist — Kyneton

We are looking for a strong and reliable presence to join our Kyneton store, someone who brings warmth to the customer experience, while also taking genuine pride in how the store runs day-to-day.

This is not just a customer-facing role. It’s for someone who understands that a beautiful retail experience is created just as much behind the scenes in the quiet, in-between moments, and in the details others often overlook.

As a senior member of our team, you will work closely with the business owner to ensure the store feels elevated, runs smoothly, and maintains a consistent standard across every day of trade.

🌿 What you’ll be doing

Creating a warm, genuine, and thoughtful customer experience
Styling customers with confidence and care
Maintaining a clean, organised, and beautifully presented store at all times
Unpacking and processing new stock with efficiency and attention to detail
Merchandising and replenishing the floor to keep it fresh and inviting
Managing daily store operations, including POS and end-of-day reconciliation
Problem-solving day-to-day issues as they arise
Keeping things moving, tidying, resetting, and improving the space as you go
Supporting the wider team by setting a consistent, high standard in-store

Senior Retail Stylist — Creswick & Daylesford (Floating Role)

We are looking for a thoughtful, capable and steady presence to join our team across our Creswick and Daylesford stores.

This is a unique role for someone who enjoys bringing calm, consistency and quiet structure to a space. Someone who takes pride not just in how a store looks, but in how it runs day-to-day.

You will move between both locations, supporting the flow of each store, maintaining a high standard, and ensuring the details are consistently taken care of.
