A flat rate of $12 is applied for standard delivery, with free standard delivery on all orders over $200. Express delivery is a flat rate of $20 and takes around 2 business days to arrive, as we're based in regional Victoria. No refunds are given for express post parcels that don't arrive as expected due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed before 12pm are generally dispatched the same business day; orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order is on its way, which you can track anytime here.

Please enter your delivery details carefully at checkout, as we're unable to resend orders that have gone missing due to an incorrect address. Parcels are sent without insurance and aren't guaranteed for next-day delivery in all areas. If your order is left unattended without a signature, this is done at your own risk, and we're unable to take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged once delivered.

You can also choose Click & Collect: select "Pick-up" at checkout, then complete your purchase as normal. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

We ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $20. Your order is sent and tracked via Australia Post, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once it's dispatched (it can take a couple of hours for tracking to activate). You can track your parcel anytime here. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
