Yes, after 2 years of inactivity, your Heirloom Points balance will reset to zero. We'll send you an email warning before this happens.
No, only purchases made after you create your account will earn Heirloom Points, and only if your details were added to the order.
Keepsake Wardrobe Reward
No, once claimed, your $25 reward doesn't expire.
Online, your reward stays marked as "claimed" until you're ready to redeem it, no action needed. In-store, once a reward is added to a transaction it must be used in that same transaction.
No, rewards can't be combined with other discounts in-store. If your order is discounted, Heirloom Points are earned on the discounted spend, not the pre-discount total.
No, your $25 reward must be redeemed in full within a single order. If your order total is less than $25, the remaining balance is lost.
No, rewards aren't refunded. Any Heirloom Points earned on a refunded order will be removed from your balance.

No, you can log in using your email address, or a connected Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Create an account in-store or online, then make a purchase using your email address and your Heirloom Points will start automatically. You can also join without making a purchase by signing up here.
Log in via the Keepsake Wardrobe portal, then go to "My Profile" or "My Preferences" under the "More" tab.
