Yes - your Heirloom Points will expire, and your balance will reset to 0 Heirloom Points after 2 years of inactivity. You will receive an email before your Heirloom Points expire - simply make another purchase to keep your Heirloom Points active.
No - Heirloom Points only apply to purchases made after you created your account. Your details must be added to an order in-store or online to receive Heirloom Points for that order.
Keepsake Wardrobe Reward
Currently, The Keepsake Wardrobe $25 Rewards don’t expire once they are claimed. Once a $25 reward is claimed, the Heirloom Point cost of that reward will be removed from your balance, and the$25 reward will be ready to redeem on your next purchase.
If making a purchase online, your Keepsake Wardrobe reward will stay in a ‘claimed’ state until you are ready to redeem it. If making a purchase in-store, once your Keepsake Wardrobe reward is added to a sale, it must be used in that transaction.
Keepsake Wardrobe $25 Reward cannot be used in conjunction with other offers in-store. If your order is discounted, you will only receive the amount of Heirloom Points equivalent to the $ spent, not the pre-discounted amount.
No, The Keepsake Wardrobe rewards can only be redeemed once and must be used in their entirety. If you redeem a Keepsake Wardrobe reward on an order less than the amount of the Keepsake Wardrobe reward, the remaining balance will be lost.
No, The Keepsake Wardrobe $25 Reward cannot be refunded to your account once they have been redeemed. Any Heirloom Points earned on an order that is later refunded will be automatically removed from your account.

Simply create an account in-store or online, make a purchase using your email address, and you will instantly start earning Heirloom Points! You can also create an account on the website or through the loyalty portal to join without making a purchase.
Yes, without an email address, you cannot receive loyalty notifications or log into your customer loyalty account. Once your account is created, you can add a mobile number as well as an email address, and edit your marketing preferences. For in store shopping we will use either your mobile or email address to find your account.
The Keepsake Wardrobe will use your email address as a way to identify you. As long as your email address is the same for all orders in any location, you will only have one The Keepsake Wardrobe account.
