Vintage Indian Brass Kettle
Beautiful brass teapots like this were used over 60 years ago by tea vendors on luxury locomotives. They would make their way up and down the train, pouring piping hot masala chai for the weary travellers. This piece was salvaged from the heart of Rajasthan, and works beautifully as a centrepiece for an imaginative tablescape or even a vase for a favourite bunch of flowers.
Each piece is one of a kind, with imperfections, wear and colour variations that form part of its patina and character. Your selection will be chosen at random and may slightly differ to the photograph displayed.
