Penelope Bamboo Blue PJ Set
Soft bamboo jersey in a geo blue print with navy piping trim. Bamboo was the reason we picked this set up. It is cooler against skin than cotton and gentle enough for anyone who reacts to rougher fabrics. The top is button-through with short, cuffed sleeves, and the shorts are cut with no side seams at all, which removes one more thing that can rub overnight.
No side seams on the shorts means less friction if you move around a lot in your sleep, and the elastic waist keeps them up without a tight seam digging in. Short sleeves and shorts make it a lighter set than the brand's long-sleeve pairs, so it suits people who run warm or want something to travel with. Add a robe over the top on cooler nights and it still works as a base layer.
Sizing
Penelope comes in XS to 2XL and runs true to size, a relaxed rather than fitted cut through the body. Gingerlilly's own conversion puts XS at AU 6-8 through 2XL at AU 16-18. Our sample was worn by a 175cm model in a Small.

Product details
Made from 100% bamboo, the set has a button-through, short-sleeve top with a cuff and contrast navy piping, paired with elastic-waist shorts cut with no side seams, in a coordinating geo blue print. Wash in cold to warm water, up to 40 degrees C, with a gentle detergent. Line dry in the shade where possible, or use a low dryer setting, and iron on low while the fabric is still slightly damp. Store folded rather than hung to stop the jersey from stretching.
